John Brodrick
Santa Margherita S.P.A. (Italy/USA)
John has over 30 years of experience in construction, including roles as a licensed contractor, developer, fabrication shop owner, and manufacturer. For the past 23 years, he has specialized in Italian surface manufacturing and now serves as North America Manager for Santamargherita, a global leader in marble and quartz surfaces. Santamargherita has provided engineered tile and slab surfacing to over 72 countries for more than 60 years, with projects spanning from residential homes to airports and shopping malls.
James Bang
City of Vaughan
James is an award-winning economic development professional with over 10 years of experience in business retention, expansion, and investment attraction. He has helped hundreds of Canadian companies navigate complex challenges and grow sustainably, while also guiding global firms in establishing operations in Canada. He currently serves as Senior Economic Development Officer with the City of Vaughan, focused on driving economic growth and job creation.
Pina Petricone

Pina Petricone is a founding principal of Giannone Petricone Architects as well as an associate professor at the University of Toronto’s John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design, making her practice distinctive. Petricone’s dual role in teaching and practice enables her to contribute intellectual rigour and research to the firm’s projects and processes, and in turn the firm’s work benefits from academic consideration.
